5K 10K and Fun Run
The Adirondack Marathon Distance Festival offers 5K and 10K distances and a kid’s Fun Run on the Saturday before the Marathon. Get ready for an exciting day of running and community fun at the Adirondack Marathon's 5K and 10K Races, hosted by the Chestertown Rotary! Starting at 9:30 a.m. at the Town of Chester Municipal Center, located at 6307 State Route 9 in Chestertown, NY, both races will take you on a journey on paved streets through the heart of the village. You'll get to experience the beauty of the area while you push yourself to reach your personal best. Don't miss out on this amazing opportunity to participate in a fun-filled event with fellow runners and community members alike.
The Fun Run is held in Schroon Lake, New York, at the Marathon Finish Line (near the Pavilion on Leland Ave.). It is the perfect event for kids aged 4-12 to showcase their skills and have a blast.
5K & 10K RACES
Starts at 9:30 a.m. at the Town of Chester Municipal Center, 6307 State Route 9, Chestertown.

COURSE
Both races are run on paved streets through the heart of the village of Chestertown.
There are two water stations on course, plus bottled water available pre- and post-race. Food and drink is available near the finish line.
