    Is it possible for someone to pick up a race packet on behalf of a fellow runner?

    No. You must personally come to the expo or packet pickup and show a photo ID to receive your bib and timing chip. This requirement is by order of NYS DOT. We do permit packet pick-up on race morning (6:45-8:15 a.m.) if you are unable to make it to the expo on Saturday.
